1:1 Restorative Exercise

The ideal choice if you want a personalized plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Available in person or via Zoom.

Be kind, unwind.

Remember those rectangular boxes that used to contain movies? (I’m talking about VHS tapes!)

We were told to “be kind, rewind” before returning a video to the rental store.

I encourage my clients to “be kind, unwind” so they can pay kindness forward to others.

Maybe you know firsthand how a good massage can help you unwind. But “unwind” is just another word for self-care in its many forms. It’s whatever helps you loosen up and let go of stress, worry, and pain.

Be kind to yourself. You’re worth it!

  • I'm closing in on 60 years of age this year and have been experiencing balance and stiffness issues. When I started with KindBody Movement, I wasn't sure I could do it. After two classes, my balance is better because I am more aware of where my body is and my stiffness is all but gone!

  • This was the best massage I've ever had. I feel lighter and more mobile after my experience with KindBody Movement and I can't wait to come back for my next appointment!

  • I had never had a "deep tissue massage" before, but I felt instantly comfortable with Jen. She's very professional with a good bedside manner. The massage itself is excellent, with a nice combination methods that really worked well. She hit the spots I needed and some I didn't realize I needed until she was working them out. It was a wonderful hour of being "in the moment."

  • For my first visit, Jen listened so well to my concerns and requests. It was a very positive experience and I will be back!

  • Jen is a magician! She worked out some very gnarly tension in my neck and shoulders. I felt like a different person when I walked out.

  • Excellent experience! I don’t get massages often, but in the past when I’ve requested ‘deep tissue’ pressure, I’ve always left disappointed. Jen nailed it. She spent time on all the areas that needed it most, and left me feeling like a delightful puddle. I can’t wait for my next visit.

  • Jen focused on a group of muscles I was also working on at Physical Therapy. Her massage helped relax those muscles and made the PT stretches much more effective later that day, and the next. I feel that combining massage with PT is helping me recover much more quickly and thoroughly than I would if I were only dong the PT. I also got a lot more information about that muscle group and how it was behaving than I had a PT. I have a great deal of confidence in Jen's expertise, and value her input.
